Bill's professional journey was marked by ambition and integrity. Beginning with entrepreneurship, he later transitioned to the finance sector, where he was employed as a stockbroker after a stint in the casino industry in Las Vegas. Commitment to excellence and professionalism were at the core of his work ethic, defining his career trajectory.
Having attended Dixie High School and graduated from Beechwood High School, Bill continued his educational pursuits by obtaining an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, a true testament to his lifelong pursuit of knowledge and personal growth.
Known for his selflessness and kind-hearted nature, Bill always placed the needs of others above his own, earning him a reputation as a caring and compassionate individual whose genuine concern for others left a lasting impact.
In matters of the heart, Bill shared a special bond with his high school sweetheart and wife, Jackie Berman (nee Corbin), with whom he found enduring love and companionship. Their rekindled romance blossomed into a profound and unwavering union.
An animal lover, Bill had a deep affection for his toy poodle, Pierre, finding solace and joy in their companionship.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Jackie Berman (nee Corbin); daughters Angela (Mike) Watson and Shannon (Jeffrey) Brookins; grandchildren Michael (Tiffany) Watson, Kyle (Kayla) Watson, and Jayme Watson; great-grandchildren Michael, McKinley, Maila, Liam, and Rylee; sisters Rosanne (the late Lee) Houghton, Susan (Bill) Zelonis, Carolyn (Frank) Michel; brother Greg Hoffrogge; aunt Lois (George) Justice; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and an extensive circle of family and friends.
Preceded in death by his birth father, William Clarence Hoffrogge; mother Anna Mae Berman (nee Roberts); adoptive father Myer Berman; and son William M. Berman.
The family extends their heartfelt thanks to St. Elizabeth Edgewood Palliative Care, including Dr. Sarah Doell, nurse Nina Barhorst, and chaplain Kelly Albainy-Crosby for their exceptional care and compassion.
Visitation for Bill will be held on July 17, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northern Kentucky.
Bill will be remembered for his kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for his family and friends. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
