Joyce A. Nienaber, 83, of Florence, KY, Passes Away Surrounded by Family

Joyce A. Nienaber, 83, of Florence, Kentucky, peacefully passed away on May 3, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. Born on January 10, 1942, in Cincinnati, OH, to Ernst and Frieda Wieland, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Arthur Nienaber.

A devoted homemaker and a woman of deep Catholic faith, Joyce dedicated her life to raising her family and serving her community. She was known for her kindness, servant's heart, and love for nature, travel, and music.

Survived by her children, Jeff Nienaber and Jennifer Anderson, and cherished grandchildren, Joyce's love, faith, and gentle presence will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be held on May 8, 2025, at Mary Queen of Heaven Church in Erlanger, KY, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial. Joyce will be laid to rest at St. Mary Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Madonna House of Northern Kentucky, Easterseals Redwood Rehabilitation, or Lovesome Stables Equitherapy.
