Throughout his life, Terry excelled in baseball and even tried out for the Cincinnati Reds in his youth. He had a keen intellect, a great sense of humor, and an inquisitive mind, especially evident in his love for movies, music, trivia, and puzzles. His wit and intelligence shone in all aspects of his life.
Above all, Terry's love for his family was his defining trait. His wife, Sandy, and his children, Tricia, Jason, Nathan, Aaron, and Jeremy, meant the world to him. As a proud grandfather to Trinity, Grant, and Aidan, family was at the center of his universe.
Terry is survived by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, brother, sister, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, and his faithful dog, Wrigley. He was predeceased by his parents, Bobby Joe and Christine Gober, and sisters-in-law, Karen Boutwell and Kathy Huff.
A visitation will take place on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Christ’s Chapel in Erlanger, KY. Terry's passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew him, a testament to the impact he had on those around him.
Terry's memory will be cherished by family and friends, celebrating his humor, passion for sports, and insatiable thirst for knowledge. May he rest in peace.
