Erlanger Board of Adjustment to discuss zoning changes for medical cannabis cultivation

The Erlanger Board of Adjustment has scheduled a special hearing for Monday, May 19, 2025. The meeting will take place at the Erlanger City Building located at 505 Commonwealth Avenue, Erlanger, Kentucky, commencing at 7:00 p.m.

During the public hearing segment, the board will address case BOA-25-0013 concerning the property at 3208 Dixie Highway. The applicant, Daniel Woodward representing Flower Power 5390, LLC on behalf of Jerome E. Henke, is seeking approval to change the property's use from "light-fabrication" to Medical Cannabis Cultivation. Both uses are considered nonconforming under the current Community Commercial Zone of the Erlanger Zoning Ordinance.
