Elizabeth Ann Billow, born on May 31, 1951, in Covington, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2025, in Union, Kentucky. Throughout her 30-year nursing career at various nursing homes and the VA, Elizabeth's nurturing spirit and kind heart touched the lives of many patients, showcasing her dedication to caring for others.

Elizabeth's vivacious personality, marked by generosity, intelligence, and a zest for life, inspired those around her. She found joy in simple pleasures like sunny beaches, music, dancing, and crocheting. Family gatherings were filled with love, laughter, and special moments shared with her cherished grandchildren.

Survived by her husband of 35 years, Mike Billow, daughters Jami Smith and Tammy Whalen, and grandchildren London, Jackson, Tyler, and Trent, Elizabeth left a lasting impact on her family. She is also survived by her brother, Bill McCarty, and a host of family members and friends whose lives were touched by her kindness.

Preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Elizabeth's memory will be cherished by those she leaves behind. A visitation and funeral service will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home on April 30, 2025. Elizabeth Ann Billow will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, laughter, and compassion will endure in the hearts of all who knew her.
