How many H-1B petitions were made by Erlanger employers during 2024?

Employers based in Erlanger submitted 15 petitions during 2024, according to data provided by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services via the H-1B Employer Data Hub.

Of these, 14 were approved (93.3%), while one was denied (6.7%).

The H-1B visa program allows U.S. employers to temporarily hire foreign workers in specialty occupations requiring specialized knowledge and at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. The Health Care and Social Assistance industry led the H-1B filings in Erlanger during 2024, with 10 petitions (66.7% of all submissions), and an approval rate of 90%. Meanwhile, the Manufacturing industry was the second largest contributor, filing three petitions (20% of the total), with an approval rate of 100%.

Among Erlanger employers that made petitions during 2024, Summit Medical Group stood out with 10 petitions and an approval rate of 90%, followed by Toyota Boshoku America, Inc. with two petitions and an approval rate of 100%.

Compared to 2023, Erlanger saw a 15.4% increase in the number of H-1B petitions during 2024.
