Judith "Judy" DeSalvo, Advocate for Special Needs Children, Passes Away at 85

Covington, KY - Judith Lee DeSalvo, 85, known for her advocacy for children with disabilities, passed away on March 11, 2025. She dedicated her life to advancing education for all and retired as the Executive Director of Citizens Advocacy. Judy is survived by her children and grandchildren. A visitation will be held at Erlanger Baptist Church, followed by a private burial at Forest Lawn cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to New Perceptions Inc or Hospice Care of St. Elizabeth. Her legacy of inspiration lives on in those who knew her.
