The Erlanger Board of Adjustment is set to convene on Monday, January 27, 2025, at the Erlanger City Building located at 505 Commonwealth Avenue in Erlanger, Kentucky. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m.
During this session, several agenda items will be addressed including the approval of minutes from the November 25, 2024 meeting and any postponement of scheduled business items.
A key focus of the public hearing segment is case BOA-24-0052 concerning a property at 474 Erlanger Road. Brett Smith, representing Ideal Realty, Inc., has submitted a conditional use request for establishing a tattoo or body art service within the MU (Mixed-Use) Zone as per the Erlanger Zoning Ordinance. The proposal outlines plans to open this studio in an existing strip mall.
Following the public hearing, preliminary hearings and rehearing appeals will take place. Other board and staff items are also slated for discussion alongside audience contributions.
The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for February 24, 2025, should it be required.
