The City of Erlanger has scheduled a Special Meeting for the Parks Master Planning Task Force on January 7, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Erlanger City Building, located at 505 Commonwealth Avenue in Erlanger, Kentucky. Proceedings are set to commence at 5:00 p.m.
The agenda includes a call to order, roll call, and approval of minutes from previous meetings held on August 6 and September 3, 2024. Discussion topics will cover existing projects such as Sherbourne Park's picnic shelter, playground, plaza/walkways, parking lot, and traffic calming improvements on Sherbourne Road. Additionally, there will be an update on the status of Phase I Design for the Eons Adventure Park for the years 2024/2025.
Budget planning for 2025/2026 is also on the agenda alongside setting a date for the next meeting before adjournment.
